On a more positive note I was going to blog this morning about 2 new editions to my Etsy shop, but I woke up to find they had both been bought yay! They have gone to a very good home & I couldn't be happier.

They are tooth fairy dolls, that come with a little welcome note and 3 personalised note cards, I have just one left that I will be adding to my shop as soon as I've finished this post.

Also I treated myself a few days ago & went sales shopping on Oxford Street, I discovered that a Primark has opened at the Marble Arch end, which is dangerous! I got this cute summer dress 'with pockets!' for £10 & this gorgeous coat for £20, now I just need the rain to stop for long enough to wear them out.

Oh i love the tooth fairy dolls, they are adorable! I still want to get a little madam doll too.
ReplyDeleteI'm totally fed up with the rain too, but then again i'm not sure i'd want the blistering heat they've been having on the continent either. There's just no pleasing me...
Hope your cold is better soon.
lovely blog(just read all of it) lovely work, lovely life, lots of etsy sales.....i hate you, only joking, you have such a lovely style, maybe i should get some ? style that is. ill be spying on you from now on. x
ReplyDeleteWow... The first pictures of a garden area are so haunting. The mist adds a lot. truly beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI'm in love with the tooth fairy dolls (swoon)! Too bad my son wouldn't feel the same way, I'm quite certain his transformers would beat her up :( I need a little girl around here...maybe I could justify the purchase if I knocked one of MY teeth out :D
ReplyDeleteOh wow! I seriously love those tooth fairy dolls.I must start crafting and selling then I can start buying crafting!
ReplyDeleteI don't usually ask questions in peoples comments box but I couldn't find your email address... sorry.
ReplyDeleteI am super keen to sell your delightful wares in my offline shop (Nest Studio, Australia).. let me know if you do such things.

I adore all of your creations! I have had you on my Etsy favorites for some time now! My daughter is due for her first tooth to fall out anytime now , I think I need to buy one of the new pillows :) My daughter actually kind uv resembles one of the girls..lol
ReplyDeleteIf it makes you feel any better at all ...where I live it is 125 degrees outside with humidity! I would gladly take some rain away from you :)
Have a great day and I'm heading over to your shop!
Love love love the tooth fairy dolls. what a fantastic idea.
ReplyDeleteLove the toothfairy dolls.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about the weather. We've had torrential rain here in Bangkok too, almost every day for 2 months! But at least it's not COLD like England. You must be miserable after living in the US :)
The tooth fairy doll is such a great idea. You should make one for boys too.
ReplyDeleteWhat a small online world it is sometimes isnt it,so often many of us seem to know the same people especially amongst etsy/flickr/bloggers! its like you said in your post the other day how etsy sellers were meeting up for coffee in real life,in a cafe in Australia and how great that sounded.wish we could all do that but we live too scattered apart i think. So anyway the reason i came to all this and wanted to post a comment was i see you have She loves stars at the top of your 'blogs you like' list Mandy, one of my closest friends is Anna, and she is Hanna's cousin,(hanna is She love stars)love kat
ReplyDeleteJust discovered your blog and I love your Etsy shop, very tempted....by the way, I live in Hastings - came down from London and it's fabulous here!!!Give it a go!

you struck gold in primark by the way! i visit the store in norwich with my mum from time to time + always come away v happy with bargains galore. love the coat especially that you got. i just try + go 1st thing in the morning or it gets super-untidy!
have a good weekend! xx
re-reading the earlier Harry Potter books would be a good idea to remind yourself, as i found i had forgotten a few things that happened in HP6 (it was about 3 or 4 years ago, although that's very hard to believe!) BUT can you wait that long to find out what happens??? i couldn't!!!
ReplyDeleteloving your primark bargains! and the tooth fairy dolls are adorable!! i wish i had a little girl to buy one for as they are just perfect. xx
TAGGED!

renting the movies is definately cheating, and there are only 4 (5 if you go to the cinema) so you'd still not be prepared for number 7!!
ReplyDeleteHello Mandy!
ReplyDeleteI just purchased your adorable Patience Brown for my daughter Chelsea Nicole's room - it arrived today and I'm thrilled to pieces! Love it more than words...I'll be saving my pennies for more of your beautiful things. Thanks so much for packaging it so carefully and further for the lovely stickers and note card - I may just frame it, too! Watch my blog for a little shout-out of your etsy shop in the coming days - I just HAVE to share with all my readers - you are such a find!
Wanted also to mention that I love this blog of yours - it makes me miss London terribly (I lived on Palace Court near Kensington Palace for the best four months of my life!), but living vicariously is better than not at all.
Thank you again for such a lovely product - happy blogging!
you have been so busy in my absence...i saw that very Primark from the top of my london tour bus, in the rain...i would have hopped off there and then except i had four boys with me and just knew it was not meant to be...you did very well with your finds...look forward to reading the posts further down to catch up on your latest news...
