LOVE-ly days
It's been sunny for the past few days, which is such a blessing after all the grey and every where I seem to look there are beautiful collections of subtle colour. Cotton reels at at Portobello market

Also today after a fair few exasperated attempts, I completed my first limited edition of gocco prints. I sucessfully printed 30 of 'Belle & Boo's Love-ly day' just in time for Valentines. They will be available in my Etsy shop shortly (although not all of them, I gotta hang onto some of these, to remind myself I can print, I can!)

I'm just dropping in to say hello and that I fell in love with your illustrations today after seeing them at the Red Door Gallery here in Edinburgh. I bought a card and some badges, and I'm so happy with them! They are beautiful.

So very jealous of the Portobello pictures. I live in the U.S. but while visiting London I fell IN LOVE with all of the treasures to be found along Portobello Road.
Love these prints! You're so lucky you have a gocco press. I read about a year ago that they stopped making them, tried to find one and couldn't! I love printmaking and this is perfect for your cards!

Is it difficult to use a gocco printer? I´ve read that it´s a fantastic printing device, but sometimes puts the user´s nerves on a serious trial. I´ve never seen a gocco printer, but it sounds an interesting piece to have.
Your picture of Kenwood house cafe reminds me of a lovely holiday in London with my ex-mother-in-law. We also visited Kenwood House & we liked it a lot there.
