hhmmmmm
I LOVE, LOVE, love it when creative, thoughtful people use Belle & Boo for their own personal use, like these yummy Boo themed cup cakes made by Georgie :)
However I do NOT love it when uncreative, unthoughtful people use Belle & Boo for their own commercial use :(
Update: The power of facebook......The shop in Jakarta that were selling the t-shirt have apologised and removed it from their site, however they were only reselling it, the t-shirts were originally made in Thailand, so if anyone is going on holiday there and goes shopping, I would love a Belle & Boo Donut t-shirt........NOT!!!
A big THANK YOU to all your comments, I do get annoyed by things like this but I try to always remember 'Imitation is the greatest form of flattery'

Hania loves belle and boo :))
oh no, big boo! how dare they. I'm so sick of companies doing this. Have you written to them? ink and spindle here in australia just had a win against a big corporate. Really not cool this copying.
oh dear. that's not attractive. i see they have some other illustrated tees in their facebook photos. wonder who those belong too. sorry you have to go through this all the bloody time. x
sure, go ahead!
That is just terrible, how people can have the nerve to steal your work, shocking, I bet it makes you feel sick to the stomach. I do hope you can stop them. LOVE the cupcakes though :) Hugs, Catherine x
:(
so sorry. i hate to see things like that. shame on them...
How annoying. Are you going to contact them ?
Disgusting when peope steal your beautiful creations
That is so not fair, it cheapens your fantastic work. Hope you get to the bottom of it.

I'd recommend trying to report the images to Facebook under IP infringement for starters - click 'report this photo' and then the 'is this your intellectual property?' link in the window that pops up. Also a cease and desist notice directly to the perpetrator.
Hate seeing this kind of thing happen. Shame on the thieves :(

grrrrr! you must feel beyond angry with these people!! i do just seeing it on the screen! i just don't understand how they can take a piece of someone's creativity like that. makes me really sad. let us know if we can do anything to empower you to stop this horrible theft. poor belle and boo being napped like that. hugs xXx
oh noooo!!! Why do people do things like that? I dealt with my own case of copying last week! It leaves a bad feeling in the pit of your stomach!
*shakes head* The nerve of some people!!!!!!!
The cupcakes are lovely though!
That is just plain horribe and rude!! Is there anything we can do to help you? You want us to harrass her with emails? Grrrr
>:-(
how sad that they don't have the creativity to come up with their own designs! I always get angry followed by sad when someone does that to me...takes me back to first grade when my classmate copied my Christmas ornament design in art class and got all of the credit, lol, it still feels the same, though...what a shame that they steal your beautiful ideas and creations. the rest of the world knows that they are yours...I know, it doesn't make it better, but know that, we all know who the real creator is!
Hope you filled out a copyright infringement form with FB? If it helps, why not? That shirt is awful - your stuff is great, but not on that shirt!
Don't bother :) If there's someone good like you there will be always someone to copy him just because he can't create something from his own mind!
Hey cool, did you update the part about FB today?
That's not attractive. That is just terrible!

Oh, this is such a tough thing to endure! I'm so sorry, sweetie!
On a happier note, that tower of cupcakes, so charmingly adorned, is wonderful!
I LOVE these!! They are just adorable. I am going to post a link to these on my blog if that is ok with you. I know that my followers will love these. Thanks so much!!

Sadly mid-east and eastern countries think this is perfectly okay to do! They know it's almost impossible to prosecute them. Letting people know and following the instructions someone gave you about Facebook copyright infringement are about the best you can do. If this is someone in Europe or North America, you may be able to prosecute...keep in mind, though, it's expensive...and they know that.
Oh that's so frustrating. Thank goodness for the power of social media! The only thing that a copy-cat can steal is the things you've already done. They'll always be a step behind. I'm sorry this happened to you. Seems to be more and more prevalent with the far-reaching world of the internet.
