2012 Fabric Collection

Start sharpening your scissors and threading your needles, crafters!
 Our fabric collection has arrived!

It's available in four beautiful designs and will be sold by the meter.  Each design comes in 2 types of fabric -  Quality Cotton Poplin (£22 per meter) which is light and perfect for crafting, and Cotton Satin (£32 per meter) is a heavier, lustrous fabric with an elegant natural sheen,  practical for upholstery and curtain making. The exception being the Boo fabric which is a bit cheaper at £19 and £33 respectively, however we currently don't have the Cotton Satin in stock for Boo just yet, but you'll be the first to know when it arrives.

First up!
Classic Belle and Boo features all your favourite Belle & Boo pics from Belle Hugs Boo to Windy Day.

Ava & Friends is for all of those little girly girls out there. Ponies, fairies and pink - what more could a little princess ask for?

Cowboys & Pirates Swashbuckling pirates and the cutest cowboys and indians around will make an impression on all the little boys. This fabric has brand new drawings by Mandy on it too so it's particularly special!

And lastly...
Who could forget Boo! Our favourite little bunny is going to fill any nursery or bunny lover's life with an overwhelming sense of nostalgia and delight.

Robin, who works at Belle & Boo HQ, is a fab sewer and she made up all these lovely little pieces in the photos. Isn't she talented?

But what will you use your Belle and Boo fabric for? Bunting? A wigwam for playroom? Curtains? Toys? Outfits? Cot sheets? We are bursting at the seams (haha!) to see what you'll all do so please please please send us pictures of all your gorgeous creations.

We've got plans for some more seasonal fabric designs come autumn, so watch this space. But in the mean time, get sewing!

Parties... again

Following the last party post we got a few emails with more party pictures!

Smile had a Belle & Boo party in Switzerland.  They used some of the paper plates on the wall alongside some other pretty floral plates and the party banner which I think is just so creative and lovely.

After the party, they used some of the cupcake wraps and cake toppers to decorate this photo mobile which has pictures of the party!
Thanks Chiemi for the photos!

Mim looks pretty chuffed with her Belle & Boo cake for her 3rd birthday!
And apparently her party banner was a big hit. Yay!
Thanks Rebecca for the photos!

Rosie had a Children's Teaparty themed 30th birthday and we're rather flattered that our napkins were the basis for the inspiration as it was a very spectacular party. Pop over to her blog to see more the pics...

Dress Up Dolls

Did you know we have a 'play' section on the website? You can find it on the menu at the bottom of the home page.

It's our new home for our downloadable Dress Up Belle clothes (currently large doll only! Small doll outfits are still here on the blog for the moment) It also has a colouring in and activities sheet to print out. We'll gradually be adding to this section so keep checking back.

Speaking of Dress Up Dolls....On recent blog reading and pinterest trawling adventures I came across this absolutely gorgeous Belle and Boo based craft project.
Deborah from Four Little Munchkins turned our Dress Up Belle doll into this very pretty and very durable play room feature which she describes as " a fabric paper doll flannel velcro board"!  Anything that involves miniature pegs steals my heart. Her blog contains a tutorial on how to turn your Dress Up Belle's into this so go and check it out.

Some other lovely party things....

Our friends at My Little Day in France took these photos for their website. We think these are incredibly chic and I am totally eying off those green brogues!

Agnes shared with us this photo from her daughter's Belle and Boo birthday. One word... YUM.

Charming Treats from Australia asked if they could use our party images on these cookies which were used as party favours for a first birthday party. They look almost too good to eat!

All of our party range is available from If you have a Belle and Boo party then please send us pictures! We adore seeing them.
